The vision of East Bay Karate-Do is to create leaders in our community and develop successful martial arts students, Black belts, future instructors, and well rounded individuals.

At East Bay Karate-Do our goals are to make a positive impact in our students' lives and teach life changing skills through the practice of martial arts.

Our Mission

We will accomplish our mission by taking a long term approach to teaching martial arts. We will add significant value to the lives of our students, instructors, and their families. We will lead by example and inspire our students and instructors to always strive to achieve their personal best. Our teaching philosophy will act as a catalyst in the personal development of children and adults.

We will teach the value and reward of demonstrating personal dedication and discipline in our students' daily lives. We will follow proven ethical business principles and practices. We will conduct ourselves as a unified organization. We will continually set higher standards and new goals for ourselves, both personally and professionally.

Our lasting focus will remain centered on the personal development of our students and instructors, and the long term success of our schools. We will communicate our knowledge of martial arts with respect and nobility, and over time our collective efforts will make a positive impact in the lives of our students and their families in our communities.

Our instructors and their families will have the opportunity to live a special lifestyle. They shall enjoy the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits associated with studying and teaching martial arts and helping others.
